**Please keep in mind that like wine, cider can vary from year to year. Things like the blend of apples, crop availability, soil conditions and types of yeast will affect the outcome. Not to worry though; no matter the variables, we're confident it'll still be fabulous!
Queen City Common
Clean and crisp, Queen City Common is our flagship cider. Semi-dry and lightly tannic with medium carbonation, it's easily enjoyed on its own (we love it when we're hiking or on the water), or pairs well with BBQ, Burgers, and cheeses.
Hoppin' Good Thyme ™
With a hint of fruitiness for balance, the bouquet of our dry hopped cider will have your mouth watering before your first sip. Notes of thyme and other top secret ingredients will dazzle your palate and leave you wanting more.
The South End
Back-sweetened with natural juice--never sugar--this medium-bodied cider is for those who prefer a touch of lusciousness to their libations.
THIS SEMI-DRY CIDER IS THE RESULT OF BLENDING OUR FLAGSHIP COMMON WITH PURE CRANBERRY JUICE FROM THE NORTHEAST. THE PERFECT STORM OF FLAVOR, IT STARTS SEMI-DRY AND CULMINATES WITH A SUPER ZINGY TARTNESS. BATTEN DOWN THE HATCHES AND BEAR DOWN, AS YOU DON’T WANT TO BE LEFT THREE SHEETS TO THE WIND IN THE WHEELHOUSE!
Cherry Bobbin' Trolls
An homage to our Michigan roots, this semi-dry, semi-tart cider is made with cherries from the Mitten state. North Carolina Apple up front and michigan cherry on the finish, this cider is like a mini road trip for your tongue!
Brushy mountain wild
using Limbertwig and Arkansas black apples, this dry, unfiltered cider was slow fermented with wild yeast. Strong Apple aroma, acidic tartness and just a hint of anise are showcased in this funky farmhouse cider.
