Queen City Common

Clean and crisp, Queen City Common is our flagship cider. Semi-dry and lightly tannic with medium carbonation, it's easily enjoyed on its own (we love it when we're hiking or on the water), or pairs well with BBQ, Burgers, and cheeses.

Hoppin' Good Thyme ™

With a hint of fruitiness for balance, the bouquet of our dry hopped cider will have your mouth watering before your first sip. Notes of thyme and other top secret ingredients will dazzle your palate and leave you wanting more.

The South End

Back-sweetened with natural juice--never sugar--this medium-bodied cider is for those who prefer a touch of lusciousness to their libations.  

Cherry Bobbin' Trolls

An homage to our Michigan roots, this semi-dry, semi-tart cider is made with cherries from the Mitten state. North Carolina Apple up front and michigan cherry on the finish, this cider is like a mini road trip for your tongue! 

wool socks

winter seasonal based on a swedish mulled wine call glogg. Made with black currant, cardamom, cinnamon, orange peel, nutmeg, ginger, star anise, allspice and mace. This is holidays in a cup!

Holla Pina

Pineapple jalapeno infused semi-dry; lots of jalapeno flavor without the heat and a subtly sweet pineapple finish! 

Red Clay Rosé

semi-dry with a strawberry black currant blush. Sooo good! 

Chai Jacked

This popular seasonal is a semi-sweet chai pumpkin cider; like autumn in a glass!

In The Buff

Unfiltered, unsweetened dry cider. This is the base cider for most of what we make at Red Clay.
