Where is the cidery located?Our cidery is located off I-77, exit 7 at 245 Clanton Rd. near the corner of South Blvd. We are just a six minute walk (.3 miles) north of the Scaleybark light rail stop.

Do you serve food in your taproom?Yes! We have a small kitchen serving up sharable bites such as flatbreads, nachos, and soft pretzles. You can view our menu here.

Do your give cidery tours?DUE TO COVID-19 AND STAFFING, TOURS HAVE BEEN SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. (If you have a groupon that is scheduled to expire, we will continue to honor them and you can still redeem it for your drinks and glassware)

Do you serve beer and wine?We proudly serve 5 local rotating craft beer options on tap. Check out our DRAFT LIST to see what we're pouring. We also have four house wines available by the glass. A Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, & Rosé. You may also select a bottle of wine from the bottle shop and have the bartender open it for for a $10 corkage fee. If you don't finish the bottle, it can be re-corked to take home.

Do you have non alcoholic options available?Our non alcoholic options include Lenny Boy Kombucha, Unknown Ginger Ale, Uncle Scott's Root Beer, Pure Intentions Coffee, Sparkling Cider, Untitled Art NA Beer, Untitled Art CBD Seltzer, & Juice.

Is your cidery located near a light rail stop?Yes. We are located about 500 yards away from the Scaleybark light rail stop, which is about a 6 minute walk (.3 miles) to the cidery. Walk north along South Boulavard and take a left at Clanton Road. We are on your left hand side at 245 Clanton Road.

Are people under the age of 21 allowed in the taproom?Yes. We are a family friendly establishment. People of all ages may also attend the tours. Those under the age of 21 simply need to be accompanied by an adult. Of course you must be 21 to consume or purchase any alcohol. High chairs are available, but please keep in mind we do not have changing tables.

Is there parking at the cidery?Yes. We do have a small parking lot with a few additional free parking spaces along Clanton Road in front of the condos. There is also free parking located on either side of Pelton Street, between the QuickTrip & OutBox Self Storage. Parking can be a challenge, we do encourage folks to utilize Lyft & Uber, and to take full advantage of the light rail and the parking lot at Scaleybark Station for a reasonable rate on busier days.

Do you fill growlers or crowlers?Yes. We have a crowler machine and you can get a 32oz crowler can filled with nearly any selection on our draft board. You can also bring a growler from home or purchase a 32oz or 64oz growler from us to have filled. If you are bringing a growler from home that was not purchased from us, please make sure it has been cleaned in order for us to fill it.

Do you sell gift cards?Gift cards are available for purchase in our taproom.

Do you sell kegs of cider?We absolutely do! Kegs are available in two different sizes depending on inventory. Deposits are refunded when the equipment is returned. 1/6 barrel (5.15 gallons) holds approximately 40 pints. $100 keg deposit. $50 tap deposit (if needed). $108 plus tax for Queen City Common, The South End, Rosé, & In The Buff. $113 plus tax for Cherry Bobbin' Trolls and seasonal ciders. $120 plus tax for limited small batch ciders when available.

Can I bring my dog?Yes. Well behaved dogs are more than welcome to hang out with you on our patio. We do operate a small kitchen serving food to our patrons, so dogs are not permitted in the taproom. Please keep your furry friends on a leash at all times. Water and water bowls are located inside at the self serve water tap.

Do you host events?We absolutely do. If you are interested in having an event at the cidery, you can contact jamie@redclayciderworks.com. She will be more than happy to help you with your arrangements.

Are your ciders gluten free?Yes, ciders are all naturally gluten free.

Do your ciders contain sulfites?Yes. It helps prevent oxidation and maintain freshness.

Is cider beer?No. Cider is not beer and does not contain any grain or involve a brewing process. Cider is fermented and more akin to wine. Instead of fermenting grape juice to make wine, we ferment apple juice to make cider.

Do you need to keep your cider cold?No. Our cans are pasteurized to ensure freshness and shelf stability and they do not need to be kept cold. Our kegs are not pasteurized and need to be kept cold at all times.
